I think it's one per address but you can trick the system by changing say "st" to "street" or "dr" to "drive". I've done this one other sites that send out free stuff and it's worked.

In the preview window did your guys' look the way you wanted to look or did it show it back the way it was when you first uploaded it? IE I'm using the pedo bear one and I keep rotating but when I go to the preview page it keep flipping it back to the way it originally was
