Beijing seeded the clouds so they dump their load before reaching the Olympic areas. For an area that rains most of the year, you'd figure someone would've thought of that.

Went to downtown carrying an umbrella cuz weather network says 70% chance of precipitation at 3-4pm. Clear skies with some clouds.
