How accurate is Aircare inspection info? odo reading
as title states and on the bottom of the site it states:
*The Odometer Readings are given to AirCare inspectors by the motorist and cannot be guaranteed for accuracy
Where do i get an accurate odo meter reading?

In BC, the only times mileage is recorded and available for public viewing is:
- when the vehicle is transfered/registered
- ICBC claim
- Aircare
I would only use the Aircare mileage as a guide. A lot of times the numbers are off cause they don't really care too much to be accurate unless the owner makes a point of having them enter the right mileage.

I've noticed at Aircare, they record your odometer in KMs. My odometer is in miles, and I think they still put it down as kilometers in my air care reports. I've got about 215,000 miles on my American cluster.
Coincidentally, I'm swapping to a Canadian cluster that has 215,000 kms on it. Think they would notice?
