Finally able to head down to headquarters today. They didn't have any 1000% in stock only a few 400%. I guess I'll keep on looking around town. I'll update this thread if I find a good store to report about.

^ as far as local stores go, i think voltage/headquarter are your best bets. you can try looking for smaller shops (ie - a store called beans at aberdeen mall used to sell them, blind boxed and opened, but the store is gone now)
maybe you'll get lucky and find something like that from another store
