If your entree comes with pancakes, you can get unlimited additional pancakes.
If your entree comes with fries, you can get unlimited additional fries.
It's been confirmed to be valid in Canada. Supposedly it's valid until at least the end of the year, but not 100% certain on that.

Yup, I got free refills on fries @ Denny's when I went there 2 weeks ago. It's not like you can eat a lot anyways, I could barely finish my 1 refill (and I am a big eater) lol.
