i have a set that are 15mm with studs H&R hubcentric just measured the hub it looks to be 67.1mm 5x114 and 12x1.25 throw me a text if interested 778-866-0937

Just get new lug nuts and you're golden!
Too bad you didn't have extended studs. I have four 15mm spacers with a 67.1 hub bore
