most dollar stores have them for 1-4$. Try dealextreme if you can wait few weeks for a higher quality and cheaper fan delivered to your door for a penny.

My vote goes to Night market.
They have like everything, and at a price where you can still bargain out of a dollar or so if you're cheap.

Got sick of doing so much leg work just built my own out of 8 triple a's with a battery holder and a pc fan.
