I checked out a Celica a while back, and it seemed like the car needed literally new everything.
Owner told me it needed a little TLC and couldn't give me a test drive. I'm guessing he's even too scared for me to drive it around the block without it falling apart, or finding out a bunch of other problems with the car.

i thought they didnt make 1999 ITR in the US, so if what he's saying is true then there's only 50 of these in north america.
..yeah i doubt there's only clutch issues...

Even if its a peice of shit and the motor is a complete bust, someone could pick it up and strip it, sell the jdm front end, wheels, interior, wing, valve cover, steering wheel etc etc. Someone could easily make a few thousand over the next few months, just gotta be patient when selling
