I have a quick question off the top of my head. So I was wondering is there suppose to be some kind of mental or physical benefit from it? Why do people do it? Apparently in some cultures they actually provide it as a service. What's that called? Is it suppose to feel really good?

theres really no benefit. Its just fun.. same reason people build sand castles.
