Rattle on Cold Start
Had an oil change done recently on an IS250, and ever since then, whenever the engine is cold started, there is a rattle that happens for about half a second then just goes away.
I'm not 100% sure what it is, but is it possible they didn't use synthetic oil (or did when they shouldn't have) and thus causing this rattle?
Not only does it look/sound bad with the rattle, I'm gonna assume its not great for the engine either.

Check your receipt, did they specify the weight of oil? They could have used a thicker grade of oil.
Synthetic or just regular dino usually don't make such a difference.. but different weight would.
Initially rattling could be just oil getting pumped up from the pan.
If you are really worried, start doing oil analysis and keep track to see if it gets worse.

Finally managed to figure out what it was, had to change the VVTI gears
