How fancy of a print do you want? Costco has to be the cheapest place around for those. I did one 12"x36" a couple months ago, and I think it was like $12?

How well does it turn out at Costco?
I'm looking for somthing fairly high quality and perhaps a little bit bigger than that, each picture that was stocked together was 1920x1080 then the panorama got cropped down a little

For ultimate quality, go to The Lab, ABC Colour or G.King. As long as you have a good file, then they can't be beat, but it will cost way more than Costco. By 'good file' I mean a file with a wide colour gamut (CMYK) and the proper ICC profile processed well.
Costco is awesome for the price, but they don't use a very high quality paper so the colours are just not as good as they could be.

^ In my opinion, a high quality print is well worth the money. And something that Senna recommends can never go wrong.
