USB display adaptor quick question
Does a USB display adapter increase CPU usage? I wanna use it on an Asus all in one that uses an Intel Atom CPU.

my educated guess would be yes it would take up CPU usage. as far as i can remember from school, USB takes its speed directly from the CPU so if its a display adapter it would be constantly refreshing at 60Hz, which means it will use the CPU that many times a second.
