driver gets DUI for 3 car accident on williams (Richmond)
tried my best to film both from my angle but police lights won this time...
turn up the volume.
that guy piled in 2 cars at 50km.h
check 1:27 - 1:33 min "you will spend the night with me" - officer says =)
