Different kind of way to get high I guess. Impressive that he can do so much, but there is a limit to the human body where it is no longer healthy to push yourself. Kidney failure is a sure sign of that.

Yea, I am kind of confused about that part, I mean if he's suffering so much from these marathons, maybe he should cut back a bit. I understand he wants to push himself, but kidney failures, pressure ulcers seems like a warning to stop for a while.
