Why dont get why you dont need license for it.
I went to check on icbc, i guess this is classify as Mopeds and scooters,
so doesnt it need insurance and license?

insurance is still required, but all you need is a class 5 to ride around because it is below 50cc's, otherwise motorcycle license is required
