What happened at hastings and pender?
Driving home from SFU today, saw a white 04/05 x3 with a broken windshield stopped in the middle of the northbound lane. No other damage I could see, Sorry no pics, there were about 6 or 7 cops around wasn't going to whip out my phone haha.
EDIT: I meant Clark and pender
