Limit all games framerate?
Is there anyway to automatically limit all games frame rate to 60.
I found some games frame rate shoot up to 100+, and I honestly can't tell any different between 60fps vs 100fps.
I think limiting the fps to 60 will mean less wasted cpu/gpu load and lower temperature.

enable vsync
vsync locks your framerate to match your monitors refresh rate to avoid tearing.
60fps = 60hz, 120fps = 120hz
edit: its labelled as vertical sync in some games

I think you just turn on virtual sync. Keeps the frame rate the same as your monitors default one. I'm not 100% sure though.

Just force v-sync in the control panel of your graphics card.
