its always a buyer beware market for used cars.
haha, the front bumper on that matrix is funny, because its just a bumper cover, held in place by a few areas, usually by the front radiator area, to the fenders with 1 screw each side, and the bottom under tray. now if the bumper rebar behind it is moving like that bumper, then id be concerned!
