So instead of going to another doctor, or a hospital like a normal person... You post on revscene asking for a "professional" opinion? Go to the hospital and get it xrayed.

always go to a doctor to make sure it is just a sprain to make sure it isn't a fracture. Otherwise keep it elevated and ice it.
Can't remember if it is 15 min on, 15 min off. IF the swelling stays for more than a few days, I would go to your GP.
