Internet service from TekSavvy or Lightspeed
Anyone uses them?
I would like to to hear some reviews if anyone here uses them that would be great..
I can save about $20/month moving from shaw to teksavvy or lightspeed....
it is a local company here I heard.

customer service reviews or reviews of the actual connection?
teksavvy DSL == telus DSL
they lease the lines from telus, the only difference is that the routers on teksavvy's end support bonding multiple lines together. (pointless for the average consumer)

Their website is crap. But I've heard good things about their customer service.

unless your looking for dry DSL (no phone line) there doesn't seem much point in straying from telus?
lightspeed 3mbit = 30/mo
lightspeed 6mbit = 37/mo
teksavvy 5mbit = 32/mo
telus 6mbit = 32/mo
unless you're THAT concerned about technical support..
edit: plus with telus if you are technically illiterate you can use their supplied modem/router combo and have them support you for wireless/router issues. Teksavvy/lightspeed will probably just tell you to call your router manufacturer.

yea I only need Dry DSL
I am looking for speed review and up time..
as long as speed is as advertise or close enough
and it stable 80 - 90 percent of time. .. rarely goes down and such
so lightspeed and teksavvy are basicaly telus DSL?

teksavvy yes, lightspeed i'm not sure, but 90% chance.
neither has the capital to actually own any of the lines/infrastructure.
from a bit of googling i did i saw people mentioning that telus also does dry DSL for no additional fee.
