fido contract renewal?
sup guys, anyone know anyone that works at fido or know what happens if you do not renew your contract when it ends? does the current retention phone plan pricing get changed to regular prices on the websites?

you go month to month unless there's a clause that specifically says certain offers are only eligible through an agreement

have you guys renewed from fido when your contracts had options credited? not sure if they will take it off if i don't renew.

Credits do expire, I heard it will show on the bill 2 months before it expires for Fido.

I spoke to retentions and their policies have changed. They don't really care to negotiate with customers anymore so I am renewing the contract since its cheaper than anywhere else still..

you have to keep trying don't give up by just calling once or twice, you need to be persistent at it. It all depends on who you get on the other end...

Yeah I spoke to a few people already. Maybe I should wait till contract is actually over but they might not offer me the same plan that I have currently
