Ship a bumper, how to...
What's the best shipping method/courier to ship a bumper?
People in the states are interested, they said Greyhound is my best bet. I checked Greyhound's website and try to find a quote but it will only list within Canada.

You can't greyhound across the border.
FedEX or DHL.

Drive across the border to greyhound station and ship it.
Closest one is in Bellingham, I went there to pick up a trunk. Shipping was only $40 USD from LA to WA.
edit: look up Greyhound Packagexpress
