exchange 2010 help
so i have pretty much no idea why this is happening. i have the services running but still failing trying to update the database
here is the error
anyone have any ideas why its happening

Did you do what it asked in the first screenshot: Suspend replication?

yes, the database was already suspended, so i just resumed it and suspend it again, hit update database and the second screenshoot error comes up
