EndGame
Has anyone seen this show? It's a story based loosely about a genius chess master who lives in a upscale hotel and pays his rent by helping others solve crimes.
The story is actually set in Vancouver which I thought was really cool. Vancouver is often used as a physical backdrop for many film productions but rarely is it ever the geographical setting for a show/movie.
The first episode's not bad..check it out.

Feels like a blatant copy of the House formula. I enjoyed seeing a whole lot of local settings, but I don't see the show taking off, although I'm hoping I get proven wrong in the future. I find it difficult to see viewers relating to a Russian who lives in Canada.
Also, Danni is haaawt

Since this thread is in VOT, anyone here play Indian chess (as in South Asian)?
I play Xiangqi a lot - pretty good at it, along with Shogi and western chess. Heard that there is an Indian version of the game. Wanting to know more about it.
