Do not buy an 01-03 auto trans, they're the ones that have major problems and fail prematurely. Look for an 04-05, they're mechanically identical but Honda changed something internally that almost eliminated the 2-3 gear slipping problems and extended the lifespan dramatically. Speculation is that they changed the material used to make gaskets and seals.
