Go to a jewelery store . It's your best and safest bet .
EDIT : If I'm not mistaken , I believe they use really hot water or some sort of solvent .

they only cost me 40$ (amazon FTW)
and yes they are real diamonds and 14 k white gold. so i rather not spend more on cleaning then they are worth
i just left them in some hot water and used a tooth brush they are waaaay more sparkly than before...

I just use the regular sprayable (sp?) isopropyl alcohol and spray it. Im actually quite paranoid of getting my ear infected so i clean it every week.

did you recently get yours pierced?
i was able to take mine out after about 6 months overnight, they were completely healed.
shitty part is that i kept such a small stud in my ears so now when i go to wear bigger studs the stud is like a size or two bigger so theres some discomfort when wearing the larger ones..

I've got a 1/2 ct stud in white gold. Usually will use toothpaste and scrub it with a toothbrush. Then rinse with hydrogen peroxide to sanitize. Makes it sparkle.
