what's the fastest government issued photo id?
My buddy needs one issued within a week.
I know BCID is about a week or so..
anything else?

Driver's license.
Take the test and pass and you should have your license in less than a week.
At least that was the case for all Class 7L, 7N and 5.

The DL normally takes 7-10 days too, sometimes it faster sometimes it isn't.
