I have the Sibera v1 that I won from a contest. It picks up footstep sounds pretty well but its not very good @ playing music (bass lacks, outside noise is let in).
I dont know anything about audio so take my little review with a grain of salt, LOL.

Thanks for the input.
The Sibera V2 are pretty well reviewed and a review even claimed that the sound quality is on par with the Sennheiser 555 @@?
So either they sound really that awesome (which I doubt) or the Sennheiser 555 are only mediocre?
I do use the Sennheiser with a clip-on mic for everyday gaming and I always though and perceived them as entry-level high end headphone.
BTW, I'm no audiophile by any means so maybe the Sennheiser 555 performs better when listening to music?

Save your money and do the 595 mod on your hd555
Steelseries headphones are good bang for buck for performance, but from couple friends who owned their products, quality is an issue as they break down after a while
