Is Vancouver craiglist being hacked currently?
I can't go in at all, and keep asking to do a survey and enter my cellphone # @ the end...WTF?

You're probably using vancouver.craigslist.ca. Use http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/ instead. It works, at least for me.
