New TV service provider, maybe even a new bundle
Ive been so fed up with shaw and their excuses for their terrible tv quality. They've had reps walk in and out of my home, telling me they can't do anything about the reception in our area. I constantly have to call or unplug for a box reset and the tvs become unwatchable even after about 3 days after a reset. I have one more rep coming today, if they can't fix it, I need someone that can.
Who are you guys with? What bundle works for you? Are you satisfied?

What area are you in? House or apartment?
I've used Shaw most of my life with little issues. Their customer service I find pretty damn good in comparision to other companies.
I'm on Telus now and can say I'm not a big fan of it, and they don't have some networks I like. I've had frequent cut outs and freezes. Especially during Canucks games!!! Pissed me off bigtime. I called complained, got tech support, had to call back and forth....all in all frustrating experience.

i have an outdoor antenna...
with a good setup you can get the locals plus the major networks as far as seattle...give that a try...
good ol' free HD baby...
of course you'll have to sacrifice a little bit but if you torrent...just sayin'...

please leave and go to another provider. so you'll understand how shitty the competition is. in fact go to telus
