Ach, did a search and didn't see it. Ah well.
And it's not "fake" as such... it was a "staged" event.

I thought about buying a rusty old junker and just leaving it in the bike lanes during Critical Mass Fridays.

That's a great idea. Let's chip in. Set up an HD camera, hope they trash it/riot, and get picture perfect evidence for some charges.
