You can buy backlight paint at canadian tire, very easy to do.

That stuff is garbage. I tried it on my old GSR and it was not as great as the spray on. Just get the VHT night shades it costs 12.99 at canadian tire. I did one coat on my integra and it looks perfect. Not too dark, and the can can last you at least 3-4 cars. Plus if you want to remove the nightshades, you can just wipe it off with a rag and gasoline. PM me if you want me to help you with it.
