1.) I rarely use LR3 since I'm still a noob so I use PS instead to watermark my pics. Google/Youtube batch processing.
Here's what I do though:

hey thanks man!
Too bad I didn't check rs earlier. Been working until now -__- solved all the problems. Lol. I found out that when you use an image as a watermark it must be a png file because jpeg doesn't support transparency. Been using jpeg since forever -__-
