I probably should see what's up with my shoulder and back now..

I'll second Cambie Chiropractic Centre - Dr Quon specializes in lower back pain, but his wife Dr Fedder can work miracles with shoulders.
They also have a massage therapist in the office named Franz who... is an interesting character (I'll leave it at that) but I find my chiro treatments to be far more effective if I see him for a 1/2 hour session before doing chiro. Don't go to Franz if you are easily insulted or can't take a joke... or can't take pain.
