Looking for witness highway 91 entering Richmond Apr 26 PLEASE HELP!
Friends,
If you witness the car accident west bound on Apr 26(Thursday) at around 5:00pm where the highway 91 approaching end in Richmond (roughly 1 km east to the shell road), PLEASE PLEASE contact me.
A black Honda Civic and a gray Kia sedan involved.
