Shipping wheels from the States
Planning on driving down to Blaine WA to ship a set of wheels from a shipping company there to save on shipping cost. My question is, will the border guards hassle me or require me to pay something?

Nope, just have your invoice and be prepared to pay duties.

LOL put the new wheels on when ur going thru the border. If they ask you about the ones in the trunk say they're spare ones.

This.
My apologies for not making it clear in my original post.
I have wheels that I've sold to a buyer in the US. I want to ship them within the US to save on shipping costs. I will be doing so by driving down to Blaine WA, and use a company there.
My question, Is there any cost to myself for doing this? (At the border when I return)

All you need to do is declare that you will be shipping rims out as you've sold them, and you will need to go inside and pay $10.
