Gift Cards for a brake job?
My friend mentioned today his car needs a brake job but he can't afford to get one right now. His birthday is coming up and I figure I can buy him a gift card for a brake job or something.
Does any local shop actually sells Gift cards for brake jobs?

my suggestions:
-go with him, and pay for it
-do the brake job yourselves(only if you know how)

I think that's a pretty awesome gift...here, be safe.
I'm pretty sure that any decent shop will let you pre-pay...just go in and talk to them. The only thing that they are going to worry about is extra work, so you'll need to make an arrangement on payment for anything extra.
