Just wondering if anyone here works at either place and If so, what's your position how long have you worked there and what are the benefits/holidays like?

Non-union positions, 3 weeks + a few flex days tossed in.. If you're upper management you can argue for 4 Benefits are AWESOME.. Like BC Hydro, they no longer offer DB Pensions, strictly DC (think of it as a restricted RRSP)

No, only trades + certain office jobs (i.e. fleet, CSR, non-managerial accounting/payroll, drafting, etc)
Most non-trades supervisors are non-union; all mid/senior managers/VPs are non-union.

My wife works for Accenture, she originally worked for Hydro but her section was taken over by Accenture they still do the CS for Hydro dealing with all that smart meter stuff. She's in customer service but not on the front lines, I think right now she's in development or something similar. It is a union position.
She makes a decent wage for a CS Job, she gets 4 or 5 weeks holidays plus paid sick days I can't remember and then she gets Y days on top of her holidays which seems like an extra day off every month but it might be slightly less then that. The health benefits are awesome never pay for anything, the dental is pretty good.
