Celebrating my 21st Birthday!!
21st birthday and here's the plan:
Birthday dinner with friends (20+). Anyone know a place that can accommodate all of us? Up for any food.
Superbirthday party with my friend (both our bdays in one). Thinking of a hotel room or any other ideas? Not sure about rates, noise control, etc.

Never had good experiences with this kind of stuff at a hotel and have always been kicked out for noise complaints (rightfully so, they have to accommodate all the guests)
If you want to be loud go to a club, bar, or have a house party

You have to go to the 'right' hotel .. certain hotels near the granville strip are always packed with drunk off their ass teenagers/clubbers on friday/saturday nights. One hotel that comes to mind is century plaza, hell they don't even require a key to use the elevator lol.
Rent hotel, everyone pitch in for VIP + bottles at a decent club + use the free VIP limo = decent night
