The Position:

Business Development Rep

The Job:

This is a road warrior type position with focus being on networking and building a pipeline. There is no sales closing involved as one of the professionals on the tax team will meet with potential clients to see if there is a fit. This is ideal for those that are able to work a pipeline and drive business.

The Service:

A new division was launched in 2012 summer and the focus is on property tax reduction for principle residence in BC (ideally in the lower mainland). With no cost to the consumer, our team puts together a program that will reduce property taxes for clients. There are some criteria to be met for each candidate as each program needs to be approved by the provincial government.

The Compensation:

This is a commission only position with very high compensation grid. This has been done to eliminate those that are looking for a slack job. This is not it and it is not for everyone. For those that are willing to work hard, the compensation can be very high. First year OTE is $72,000 with superstars having the ability to do much better. Second year OTE for the right candidate will be well into the $100k a year range.

What we require:

We don't require an undergraduate degree however preference will be given to those with a professional background. We are ideally looking for a person that is a tiger, and is a very hungry business development person.

Growth:

There is room for growth for the right candidate as we are a large organization. That being said, the biggest money is in the business development so if you're someone that likes to make money, the growth is ideally in the ability to become better at the job itself.

There is no commission cap and we hire as independent contractors meaning you have all the write offs and can run this similar to your own business with total control over how you manage your business.

Exclusive territory rights will apply after 6 months with the right candidate being on board.
