Replacement Laptop Battery Question
So after about 5 years, my laptop battery is officially done. Can't hold a charge for more than 30 min or so and now it won't even recharge.
Using the model number of my battery, I checked out some on ebay that are quite reasonably priced (~$25 + shipping). Both voltages are the same so that shouldn't be a problem. Only difference between my battery and the ones I'm looking at buying is the capacity. Mine says 4800mAh, and the one's I'm looking at on ebay are 5200mAh. I'm just wondering if it is okay to get one with a higher capacity. Will it still work fine?
The same battery with the exact same capacity as mine on ebay is more than double the price of the 5200mAh batteries, which is pretty ridiculous.
Thanks

Higher capacity means longer run time, it will work fine on your computer. Also check out https://www.drbattery.com/ they are located in Richmond.
