Yea 1am it's not too bad if you don't work
FYI, I belive this game is 12:30 local Russian time, Russians mostly dominate the prime time slot which is 8pm local time and 9am Vancouver time I think?
So the Russia VS Canada and USA VS Canada are both on the prime time 9am slot
