Lexus's team of top engineers worked 10+ years with almost unlimited budget to produce the LFA. What makes some random 2 guys in a garage say they can "tune" this car better than what Lexus could do?

Does it do anything other than add drag? The LFA and Enzo are two of the most heavily engineered cars ever made

I don't think those parts make any appreciable difference. If anything it seems like the rear diffuser looks more like a CF replacement part over say a stock part.

the rear diffuser is stock, they did 'replace' anything.
they added that rear under panel on the side.
