Langara MDT?!
I am going to take the Math Diagnostic Test tomorrow. I need to do the Test 2 in order take MATH 1173/1183 at langara. Has anyone here taken the MDT?
Is it really difficult? I feel a little bit nervous because I have to score 90 on that test....
Any advice?(i know that is kinda late to ask.)

It's prob too late now but I took it a while ago and it wasn't too bad. All MC and questions of various difficulties. I was out of school for about 5 years and I took a few days to review Math 11/12 materials and I scored in the grey area where is borders pre-calc and calc. If you're not in a hurry though, I would suggest going through pre-calc instead of jumping straight into calc, especially if you haven't done math for a while. Your grades will thank you

Haha. I just graduated from high school. And guess what!? I passed the MDT. I thought I did so freaking bad and I was thinking another plan if I didn't get math 1173/1183.
Surprisingly, the advisor contacted me and said I passed it but she didn't tell me what my score was. She just gave me an override to register.
Overall, I think test 2 is not that difficult because students are permitted to use calculator. However, test 2 does not only cover math 11/12 materials, it has many basic math questions those you may forget how to do.
