tip: report your own thread, state you are requesting a thread title change ( which you should be able to edit yourself, can you? just want to know if settings were correct)
this would be brought to attention sooner.

We can edit the thread title ourselves but it won't take into effect unless a mod *approves* of it
The thread title changes take effect for the thread title while viewing the thread, but when viewing threads, the title does not change
