Where abouts in Vancouver, or even online can I get these? Or any other sort of system that would give shade, or privacy to the back seat would be great too.

Overdrive @ metro has a bunch of VIP interior stuff from Anjuny. Also, there's an Anjuny store in aberdeen that has all the VIP shit too.
