It's really bogged down, at the moment. In 30 min, I'm down to voting for 2 more categories. Then submit!
It drags, so I've just been blindly submitting votes by going directly to the URL for a game in each category, and then clicking Select.

Same thing happened to me when I completed the voting, last night. However, I tried clicking on the verification link today, and it gave me a confirmation screen.
EDIT: Received 2x Mafia 2 keys because I thought the site was broken and I did it twice.
