ISP throttling my torrents?
Hey guys,
Looking for some advice. Recently, I've noticed my downloads have significantly slowed down. I used to average around 200kb/s or higher, now its at 15-30kbs.
I'm rated at 10.x mbps at speedtest.net and have no problem playing nhl14 on ps3.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using vuze as my client with the encryption enabled.

I haven't noticed any ISP in Canada actively throttling P2P ever since unlimited usage became history except Rogers.
Check to see if the ports are somehow blocked. Worst case scenario, get a VPN with OpenVPN. Even with deep packet inspection, it's going to be hard to block.
