What're Dashcams?
Blackbox Dashcams are automotive cameras that record continuously to give a peace of mind to the drivers. They may feature built-in GPS systems that show vehicle speed and location.
All footage is stored on on-board SD memory cards, and the oldest video footage is automatically written over to make space for new videos. In the event of an accident, G-shock sensors in the cameras automatically protect the latest file to prevent deletion.
If your dashcam is hardwired to your vehicle's battery, the dashcam will record videos via motion detection even if your car is turned off or parked. (Applicable for FineVu Pro Full HD, FineVu CR500HD, BlackVue DR380G, and BlackVue DR500GW)

Both are $249. The 7900 is definitely the better buy at the moment.
