I've already tried googling. None of the solutions in your link are what I am looking for.
I need to sync audio and video files between my Desktop PC and SD Card. Most of the solutions I've found are between a mobile device and SD card.

You need to be more specific as to exactly what you're trying to do, as there are several different ways to think of "syncing between SD card PC". Why can't you just plug the card into a card reader and copy files to/from it?
rsync can be configured to do just about anything you want, sync-wise, but it does take a bit of knowledge.

Allwaysync. I used it to sync a flash drive with the latest version of drivers and utilities for my work. The interface was easy to learn, and it did the job.
